About Us

Our family have been involved with pets all our lives from the domestic kind to rescuing wildlife and dealing with farm animals. We have many animals of our own – 2 horses, Chance & Mhairi, a new foal, Talisker, 2 dogs, Elphin & Rogue, 4 cats, Paws, Little Bean, Mr Shultz, & Bang Bang, two chickens, Henny Penny & Wiley Hen, 3 hamsters, Badger, Mr Pickles & Snoop.

In 2000 Bridget passed two horse behaviour courses. Since then she has started young horses and delt with many behaviour problems including, catching, shyness to objects, loading, food agression and dependancy issues. She has improved the behaviour of dogs including aggression issues and helped their owners to learn the best possible way to help the dog too.

We know, from experience ,that animals respond to positive reinforcement, consistency and boundaries, always knowing where they stand because the rules stay the same. Mix that with love and affection and you have the recipe for happy and contented pets.

Living in a rural community Bridget feels it important to give something back so for 2 years up until recently she was a committee member for the LAG (Local Action Group) helping to finance rural development. For the last two years she has been a committee member of MHP (Moray Housing Partnership) and has recently become the Chairperson for the MHP Management Committee. She continues to be a member of Moray Business Women having been voted as Moray Women of the Year 2010/2011.
